Well yes because the jiggleness comes from the fat, so basically, if its walrus style ass, then its going to be a tsunami-no grease wobble.
What I meant was that such an impact doesn't leave any room for jiggling, even on a fat ass.
And, Hibari-chan's ass actually jiggles in-game from very small movements. When she does her victory pose (turning around), her ass jiggles quite a bit. So there's some flab back there.
I have two theories: one, the jiggling doesn't happen during contact of the said bottoms, it happens at the realease of energies: EF=ma vector, so its just the power of the contact going out again, it needs to be dispersed, thus the jiggle.
As for the in-game jiggling, I would quote myself:

they blew their own cloths off by slamming their asses together
meaning that each and every move made by them is potentially as powerful as the schock we saw in the trailer.
Concluding from that, I can extrapolate that to produce such a high velocity impact, as to shred cloths by mere air pressure, an enormous strenght is necessary, leading to a highly condensed musculature on both parts and thus confirming my firm booty hypothesis.
Questions?
"EF=ma vector, so its just the power of the contact going out again, it needs to be dispersed, thus the jiggle."
Sorry, I don't get this at all. :S Could you please explain?
If the musculature was so highly densed, then why can't you see any muscle tone at all in those asses? There are just four round mounds of flesh. :-P
Also, magic booty power is not necessarely the same as a strong booty. It could just be a flab ass with magic power!
Also, on the official Hibari dakimakura, you can see her ass cheeks have lots of crease going on - that can't be the result of a strong booty.
Simple mechanical physics. E represents the capital greek sign for epsilon, meaning sum of the following. F is the force of impact, so EF is the sum of all forces of impact in one constant direction. m is the mass of the said object that collides, a is its acceleration vector.
Basically, impact is a straight line (supposed, it simplifies calculations) and when impacted is evenly distributes at a 90° angle over the impacted surface (IE the other booty) Repercussion occurs as the impact spreads in waves, creating the jiggle. Apply to both booties, and neglect the annulation factor because we are considering an unexact point of impact, so the waves cannot cancel out.
For the muscle density problem, you answered your own question: magical booties. It has been seen many times in manga and animes that frail individuals possess much more power than their bodies suggest. This is here the case.
To the question why don't we see the muscles, I say see the above.
Also by crease what do you mean? I am not familiar with the word. As in lines? Probably connected to the tight panties or such, because you need exceptionally solid underwear when you have such a devastating strenght.
I could go on but I think I'll just watch it again just to look at the beauty of it.
