Im pretty new at this so please bear with me, but I am having trouble getting it to work. I just downloaded the parts for it and I keep getting an error every time I try to install it. I was wondering if there is something special that I have to do once I download that RARs.

Have you tried cheking out the tutorial?

You might not have set your computer to Japanese regional settings. You can find out how to do so in here (and make sure when you change it it asks you to reset your computer)
