how do i switch the setting over i looked threw my setting and dont see any settings for reigon. FYI windows 7

When you follow these steps you'll see a window with some tabs. Go to the "locale" tab and change to japanese and go to the "Administration" tab (or something similar, my OS isn't in english) and also select japanese. It will be required to restart your computer.
Doing this will make both your system and regional settings in japanese. Then try lauching the game again.

Nope i have those both set to Japanese
so no one can help me?
