It's just MangaGamer's usual "copy protection", they have that stuff in all their games.
It can be really annoying too, cuz i couldn't rar the damn folder before shuting down my AVG lol, it keept poping up screaming about that trojan and interupting my rar process.

No real reason, just wanted the people that downloaded it to get everything, then they can decide what to do themselves, in case someone wants the original exe for some reason.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe Klown uploads everything on an "as-it-is" state, thereby, preserving absolute and total data integrity. He doesn't nip and tuck here for a perfectly good reason.
Secondly, your question sounds like a demand. "WHY THE HELL COULDN'T YOU DO SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE TO, SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO DO IT?!"
