The difference to Koihime Musou is that you get to choose the faction with which you start. There are a few new characters and also new h-scenes. So its definetly worth 1-3 playthroughs if you liked the original Koihime Musou.

Well I did try to use agth+atlas but the download link for megaupload doesn't work. It said something about invalid link or violating copyright terms.

Hum, could you tell us where you got that info?
I've been around the mangagamer forums and the staff blog page and didn't saw that. I think that it was mentioned that the Koihime Musou that they released needed to sell well to check the possibility of Shin Koihime Musou but nothing more. But then again, I may have missed something.
