I don't really think that you should start on this without first completing Shin Koishime Musou.
It's not entirely impossible, considering the high demand for Mangagamers to translated Shin Koihime. No promises.

pretty promising i must say but it may still require lot of time even if it want make it english
i already play the first koihime musou , now i already hook to it and cant wait for the english patch for the other 2 of this game
supprisingly i never think that i could like this game cause of the anime that out was suck (terriblely suck plus no kazuto in there)
i really should play the game before watching its anime
