Shining Blade is a role-playing game that is developed and published by Sega. It is the fourth Shining game with characters designed by Tony Taka, the other three being Shining Tears, Shining Wind and Shining Hearts. Shining Blade was released in Japan on March 15, 2012.
Story
Within the Dragonia Empire, a plan to revive the leader of the Dark Dragon by sapping spirit energy from the land starts to unfold. With giant dragons rampaging throughout the land and the world engulfed in chaos, all hope has turn to the retrieval of the mysterious “Shining Blade”. And thus, a soul blader is given the task to obtain the legendary blade and find Lorelei, the songtress who sings the “Song of Mana”.

Shining Blade is the first Tony Taka "Shining" game to use a real time 3D combat system. It apparently uses a new system called the Concerto, which is said to be an combined upgrade from Sakura Wars ARMS system and Valkyria Chronicles BLiTZ System.
Besides that, it's confirmed that There will be recurring characters from other Tony Taka Shining Games.

I'm currently playing the game, and for a PSP game, the graphics is better than I expected. It's not as blocky as Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3.
