Maybe I'll get NFS instead
If I ever get the game (which will never happen), Dead Space 3 it is then (haven't played it yet, sue me)
If you want a game that wasn't "defiled" badly by EA, it's either Battlefield 3 or Mass Effect 3. NFS looks like a safe choice, But Dead Space 3 is also receiving some bad flak because of the multiplayer and microtransactions

Honestly, after all the AAA fiasco lately, I've stopped buying Day one/early from these AAA companies and wait until everything is "safe".
Valve is my only exception to this rule, seeing as they're the only AAA company that is WORTH the time and money since they actually listen to us gamers
EDIT:
Wait, is Valve a AAA company? I have no idea. Meh, whatever. I see them as a SSS+ compared to the other companies today, lol.
Yes Valve is also a AAA Company. Here's my "idea" of a not AAA company, based on the 4 games I recently bought:
-Macross 30: Artdink
-Dream C Club zero :DReAM X CReATe, Tamsoft, Sound ams
-White Album 2: Leaf/Aquaplus
-Project Diva F : Sega, Crypton (A bit of an exception here)
None of these games messed around with the consumer (a bit of DLC hell for Dream club, similar to Idolmaster), basically all of them added more content and didn't add necessary stuff to mess up the games. ex:(Macross 30, kept being a single player arcade shooter) (White Album 2, being a port of the PC version added all the novels and drama CDs as extra content) (Project Diva F, being another port, added more content with 6 new songs) (Dream Club's problem is DLC hell, but they didn't mess around with the content game, it's basically similar to the original Port)
IMHO, AAA companies sometimes feels lazy to me, due to the fact that they feel that they'll automatically receive sales no matter how good or bad the game is. While Obscure companies, being obscure must make sure that their games are Good enough for people to actually turn their heads.
