Does Squigly have the Zone-tan colors yet?

Not yet, but I suspect it will be in the final build or a future DLC palette pack since I saw her Earthworm Jim palette on stream last week which is not in the beta.

Is Squigly actually released?

Because every time I check the store, I don't see her (PS3).

A unfinished version of her was included on the PC beta of Skullgirls. She will release for PS3 when the official PC version is released; which is in about 1 month (if my memory is correct).
