well if u do ever figure out how 2 fix it i would gladly re download i got like 45 sec in the boom gone o well thanks 4 the upload and all the games ive gotten from u have been awesome so far keep it up

Well I got mines to work. I think you just need to extract the ISO file, just like extracting the ISO from the RAR file, you have to extract the Application from the ISO file.

I don't think the game is animated...however I only played the game for one scene before it crashed on me, because my uni-code setting is not Japanese. Other than the CG there is voicing, so it's not much of a loss.
