Street Fighter

The first title of this series that I got to play was Street Fighter II for the Gameboy(way back), and then I tried Turbo. A few years later I stumbled upon the Street Fighter Anthology game for the PS2, so I got to try the alpha series. Then I downloaded an arcade simulator to play some other games and happy with most of the games, I decided to download Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix for my PS3 since everyone seemed to have liked that game. Turns out I was extremely disappointed with the so called remastered gameplay and hell, these guys could've even borrowed a few things from other games. I guess it was supposed to be a remake, but I just don't see how it managed to get such positive feedback(with some anatomically dubious models like Akuma's) from so many people.

I've played a few more fighting games like Guilty Gear, Smash Bros., Bloody Roar, Soul Calibur, King of Fighters, Big Bang Beat, among others and it's hard to go back to this with so many options, including the Street Fighter III series, which I like the most.

So, any other Street Fighter fag/n(s) out there?

To be fair, the only title that's got a big deal of remakes is Street Fighter II. It's got all these versions(although some are just American names for the Japanese ones):
