Fallout 3. The eternal brown was making my mood drop, so I got rid of it. It's a pity, because it would be so amazing if it had more colour than brown and shades of brown.
Which is surely the crux of the entire narrative of the game, it being an exquisitely crafted and realised 50s throwback apocalyptic wasteland. I know people should be entitled to their opinions, but fuck. Fallout 3 has so much character if you buy into it, and some of the best and most varied quests in an RPG, certainly a Bethesda one.
Mine is Dark Souls though, so have fun with that one. It's an addictive kind of tedium but I'm still not convinced it's a good game. Probably better with online, but I don't have XBL Gold or time to commit right now. Will try again later.
I'm not saying otherwise. It was a very enjoyable game when I had it. I actually got plenty far and sunk quite a bit of time into it, getting past plenty of side-quests, two of the DLCs, 95% done with another, the main quest, and a part of Broken Steel. Aside from the fact that almost everything is a shade of brown or grey, it's a great game. It's just that there's only so much brown and grey that I can take until I'm sick of it and never want to see it ever again in my life.
