I have all them shmups and a couple of indie spinoffs like 2 games in Koumajou Densetsu series but, are there more games worth getting in TouHou universe?

Close to pretty much every game of every genre you can think of has a Touhou spin-off clone somewhere. Some of them are obviously better than others.

That tetris spinoff was ok, but it is much more entertaining when you are playing against friends. There is also a fanmade 'shoot the bullet' tribute game.
