So, with Trauma Team comming up this May 18th, my excitement for this game just keeps growing. A few months ago I got to finally play Trauma Center Second Opinion and New Blood for the wii, and i've been hooked on the series since then.
I've been following their website and videos closely for a while (atlus newsletter yay), and i'm most definetely going to get this game as soon as possible.
I find it cool that they decided to explore other branches of medicine and apply them into a game, like they'd already done with surgery in the previous trauma center games. Some of the gameplay mechanics look interesting enough, and the story looks very promising.
I'm not really sure what to think about the comic style cutscenes, but I guess I'll have to play it to get a real feel for it.
Here are gameplay modes in Trauma Team:
Surgery
I wonder what new stuff they've set up for this one. The lack of a timer sounded like a turnoff at first, but I dunno. It could be interesting. I'm just a bit disappointed with the blood looking less realistic.
Endoscopy
rofl this will be alot of fun. UP WE GO!
Orthopedics
This looks kinda interesting. I've no idea how tense this can become, but I hope they explore the system well.
Forensics
This mode was a big surprise for me. Looks interesting.
First Response
This mode looks very promising. Hopefully it'll be quite tense.
Diagnosis
I'm very excited about this one too. Also, stethoscope+loli= WIN!
If you saw the above videos, you surely must've noticed the awesome soundtracks. Dunno if it's Meguro or someone else, but it looks like whoever did it did a damn good job.
Anyways, anyone else excited about this? I know I am.
