I went to Gamestop today, and found out that 3 games I reserved had their release dates pushed back:
Fallout New vegas: Original release: June 1st, now Oct 1st
Red Dead Redemption: Original Release: April 27th, now June 18th
Valkyria Chronicles 2: Original Release: June 31st, now September 31st
I realize that pushing a game back is all for the better, but when you are looking forward to a game for a long time it is a major let down, so knowing this, would you prefer to wait longer for a game if you knew it was going through a more extensive development process? Or would you rather a game release on its originally intended date?
Don't care either way really. I never hang on the exact day of a game release. Ever, regardless of what it is, so if it comes out later rather than sooner, oh well.
