just run the voice test. open settings, sound settings, and voices. after that everything should be ok.

Yume Miru Kusuri
I could go on, but i think this is well enough to get you started.

Its called Bazooka Cafe
and it is aptly named
there are two sections but they both load with the single ISO
The first doesn't have too much H but is funny and cute
the second the valentine special makes up for it in both H and Ha ha

Well, you need some extraordinary patience to complete this, but believe it, it'll worth it..
If you're not into untranslated JAP games, then KLown's list will definitely do it..

true ending you say? I don't know whether I've hit it or not but me and a few buddies took different routes in the story instead because that way we can cover more of the CG faster.

To get the true ending route, you'll need to finish all the good endings available.. therefore, i assume you didn't know anything about it.. and since we're well off topic, let's leave it at that..
