Where to download NDS roms?

I found a few but I would like a site that doesn't have me download a software (eMule) just to download the games of their sites. Also what games you guys reccomend? I like RPG games (The World Ends with you). Adventure Games (Legend of Zelda), Interactive games (Phoenix Wright).

Romulation works just fine for me. And what do you mean by "Damn they can't give Pokemon Soul Silver </3"? I d/ld the english version from there.
also, if you want a good game try Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Mugen no Frontier EXCEED, it's in japanese still, but it's pretty easy to figure out everything.
