I've always been partial to VV from Bloodlines.

I'm still impartial to Tifa. Never got what the big deal was.

Uhm...yeah big tits, so what? Like we haven't seen that out of many video game characters from Japan already. I mean ignoring the tit factor and just looking at her...not much else to look at really. I find many of the other girls in video games to be more appealing. I do admit however that the Tifa in AC did look much better but still nothing that had to do with a raging boner.

My vote goes for Yuffie from FF7<3

You don't seem to get the point I was trying to make here; Tifa is a very one-dimensional character that enjoys popularity almost entirely due to her over-sized breasticles. She lacks a personality, looks strikingly similar to several other Squaresoft characters, and adds little to the story other than being the fall-back girl for Cloud when Aeris dies. That aside, it's not like other characters don't have the exact same flaws, so liking her isn't really a stretch. People have different tastes for a reason, and some people are simply into Tifa. ...heck, if you added glasses, I'd get in line too.
