You can use the "Repair" option of Winrar and fix the rar file that is corrupt.

The more % you used ,the better chance you get to fix the rar file.

Of course.
Minimum is 1% ,and Max is 10%.
But anything smaller than 5% is pretty useless.
With 10% RR ,the rar will be bigger ,but you give the downloader the option to repair the corrupt rar (they don't need to redownload again)
