There's no 4th one. Yin-Yang Alternative, as it names suggest is not the same story, it doesn't have the same character too.
It just uses the same theme. in "X-Change Alternative 2", they even made it into "Body swapping" not gender bending.
It's a spin-off

Just like Kaimax said, there is no 4th one. It is indeed the Yin-Yang I was talking about. They probably abandoned the useless main of the first three.
IMO even as an ERO-VN, this series is not that memorable. Truth be told, I got sick of the main character after 2 times and the 3rd game, I only finished a few endings.

Lol. of course it's funny as hell. They still stick to their core story, Funny Love story.

Anybody else have trouble with voices?
For me it seems any given line has only about a 50/50 chance of automatically playing the voice when I reach it (you know, like it should) so sometimes I get voices, sometimes I don't. I can click the 'Voice' button to play the line manually, so I know there's nothing wrong with my voice files.
There's no pattern to it, I can play the same scene over and the lines that do and don't get voiced are different each time. It's completely random and makes absolutely no sense. If NONE of the voices played, I might have something to go on, but the fact the sometimes they DO play perfectly fine makes the whole thing really bizarre.
The same seems to apply to sound effects, but they're uncommon enough that it's hard for me to be sure.
I have no problems with the music.
Edit: Resetting game save data seems to have fixed the problem. Lost all of my saves, but I'll live.
Still no idea what caused it.

The only good one is Xchange ALternative. Good comedy, good main character(s) and some of the stories were nice. There's eventually a futa, If I remember correctly.
