Your favorite overrated game of all time?

For the guys here that play final fantasy, i just want to know if you guys like finish the whole game coz whenever i play final fantasy I NEVEEEER finish the games, it just takes way too long for me :(I'm training my characters in XII. been doing so for about 2 years, though I havn't touched the game in ages. Have about 6 days worth of solid gameplay.

Battlefield 3...same as the first two, crappy weight system and all multiplayer is are snipers and vehicles

Ugh. Why do I even bother playing a overrated SF, when I could play more Alpha 3 (My personal favorite fighting game of all time) or more Guilty Gear or BlazBlue.

Mass Effect, though I'm not sure if its overrated because it's story and gameplay is well worth its popularity.This... Bioware did a fantastic job on the series.

lol wtf i just bought ffxiii (coz i pre-ordered xiii-2 CO) and finished it, it was all right for me since its the 1st FF i ever finished lol

Skyrim is pretty legit. I didn't think I'd enjoy it as thoroughly as I actually am.
Dragon Age.. was also really enjoyable.

Strike a good balance between combat and plot building. You remember how much time you spent out of combat in FF7, just for story reasons. Now the only time you go out of combat is to sell shit at a town. They want to cut down the amount of time you spend away from blaring combat music and flashy spell colors. It's consumer demand, today's gamer has a ridiculously short attention span.
Also i'm going to throw Halo into the mix.
I second this. If I were to even mention to kids a game were you weren't shooting somebody in the face every second I would be called a fag. I remember my friends went to tell this one 15 year old about skyrim and he said it was the worst game ever because it wasn't actiony. If I ever have kids im educating them about real video games

If you want my favorite then it would have to be Arkham City. If you just want the most overrated in my opinion then CoD.
