A Stupid (but true) Story

I couldn't think.
My memory of that time fades slowly. It's been a few years now, reasons and motivations mostly forgotten. It was just like any other day, boring and pointless. But this day was different because this day he went too far. At time it ticked me off to no end but looking back on it, it was fairly stupid and I laugh thinking about it.
Rage had flowed through my veins, burning and stinging. When I realized what he had done I screamed his name, everyone looking at me with curiosity. Running through the fields I noticed him and ran after him. When I reached him my hands had enclosed his neck and growled at him, "Why'd you take my backpack?"
Looking back on it is a bit ridiculous, like he took your backpack so fucking what? But he punched me in the gut and it was on. I headbutted him, bad idea. My head hurted like a bitch and he reeled back in pain as well. People were starting to gather. I tackle him and punched him in the face face a couple times, my fist felt a seering pain and I winced. He pushed me off and got a few kicks into my stomach and I scream in pain. It was then I realized the familiar chanting of schoolkids "Fight! Fight! Fight!"
It was a rather pathetic one I will admit, no one really won and we got in school suspension for it. I still think it was pretty funny, this so called "fight" over a hilarious reason as someone stealing my backpack.

It's nice to go back to older memories and write them as vividly as you remember. Hope you didn't suffer any serious damage.
