00. Prologue Spoiler: “Do you want to die?” Do I want to? How stupid, I don’t want to die. Who would want to? Why am I here in the first place? Dammit, what’s this †˜Do you want to die’ shit?! … I woke up… strange, I woke up early. I roll around the bed, trying to squeeze the lazy juices out of me, or maybe I’m just trying not to go to school early. Why bother going to the school early when you’ll hear the same lesson when you come late? I… A few minutes later, I went downstairs for breakfast. I turn on the TV while waiting for breakfast. Ha! Take that you early birds, eat the early worm for all I care! I’m going to eat good food, while watching TV too! Sigh… this is depressing. I switch channels every five or so seconds… Daytime TV is stupid, talk show here, talk show there. I just woke up dammit! Oh, it’s the news, let’s see if there are any interesting stuff here. World conference blah blah, Scandal blah blah, Ooooh, suicide rates are decreasing… I… A few minutes later, I went downstairs for breakfast. I turn on the TV while waiting for breakfast. Ha! We need more vacation time. I won’t be seen with this guy. Oh I should I guess I have to introduce this guy. …that sucks. His name is not important, he’s a bastard after all, let’s just call him that. He is a parasite who unfortunately chose me, of all people, to be his host. It’s a sad tale, very sad. “A-hem!” Oh shit… I know that voice. I turn around slowly. Please God, Buddha, or Allah, please spare my poor soul. Alas! Faith is like noodles, the instant one is not as good as one cooked for a long time with care and love. Evade using a side jump and use the momentum to do a dramatic action roll. B. Move forward, get hit, and get a 50% chance of confirmation if it really is white. *SLAAAAP* Yep white. That slap hurt, but it is still worth it though. “Sigh, I don’t know what to do with you…” She sighed. I stretched her cheeks.. “O-ow! Stop it!” “Stretchy…. *pulls*” “Oi oi, you two should quit doing that in front of the school.” Her face became red. An interesting specimen professor! I kissed her. And that’s how we ditched school. ….Yes. Number 001 – We shall start at my end. Spoiler: My cheeks are burning. It feels like red hot iron is being pushed on it. Ah, ah! I can see the light. Please, don’t forget about me. She swung her fist, aiming at my already hurting cheek. ……………………………………….. I evaded. She stumbled forward due to the force of her punch. Good thing I evaded then. I caught her before she hit the ground. She thanked me as I pulled her up, all while the irritating parasite whose existence I forgot is spewing irritating stuff. “Just like a prince!” Shut up. “Oh how romantic!” Shut up. “You should be rewarded with a ki-”, He had a good hang time. But, I’ll take the reward please. “Why are you grinning?” She is glaring at me. “I’ll take the reward.” She pinched my cheeks, and stretched them. …Oh my god it burns. Afterwards, she released me, and walked as if nothing happened. Deciding that my cheeks can’t take anymore torture, I walked silently behind her. We passed by the shopping district, where the parasite said he has to buy something for his headache and left us. What a wimp. …it was a silent walk home. “Do you want to take a detour?” I asked as we pass through the park. It looked like she was surprised at me suddenly talking. I am pointing at the park’s direction when she looked back. She smiled and answered. “Sure.” ……………………………….. “Say, isn’t this the park where we met each other?” I said while lying down in one of that spin-y kiddy ride, while she was at the nearby swing. “Yep. Oh and, I don’t think this is romantic, don’t get any ideas.” Hmn, you just killed the mood. I remember that day; a white-haired girl was being teased by older kids due to her weird hair color. Being the gentle man that I am, I rescued her from the bullies. By the time I wake up, she was sitting next to my hospital bed. This is very romantic! “Lilliane.” I mumbled her name. “Yes?” She stopped swinging. “Let’s marry.” She stood up. Ahaha, this is a chance, a chance! “No. Quit dreaming. Wait for me; I have to go to the restroom.” How unsightly. You should be stuttering and blushing and stuff. And come on! Act girly! A scream every once in a while will be good for me. …………………………. This is taking far too long. I know girls takes time when in the restroom, but, thirty fucking minutes?! I ran towards the restroom and heard some weird sounds. It smelled like blood and sweat and laughter… I can hear laughter. This can’t be right… I peeked. No one’s here. She left me huh? Man, and I was preparing a cool speech too. Might as well go home to hide my shame. Walking in this town is boring. Since this town is kinda small, I know all the women here, no sense in flirting. …and their brothers will kill me too. Seriously, why do they have to come in packages? The streets are pretty empty. Seems like I stayed too long on the park. Damn that woman, leaving there like that. I tripped on a piece of rock. Next thing I knew, I was flying backwards and my cheeks hurt like hell. Number 01.5 – Let’s continue from this view. Spoiler: I was walking along a path I am and should familiar to, the path towards my house. Every schoolmate of mine has someone to pick them up, so don’t need to walk. I don’t mind though, one of these days, father will go back home with mother. They will bring home lots and lots of these cool treasures! Surely, I would be a famous kid at school when that happens~. so walking home will be worth it~ “Hey old lady! Why are you here? Old people should be in their homes, knitting! *smack*” That is one loud smack. Old lady? …Mother said that we should respect old people! Those bullies should lay off her! I ran towards where the sound is coming from. When I reached the park, I heard another shout. “Yeah, go away from here! Old ladies like you needs to rest! *smack*” …These guys suck at what they’re doing… I heard him (the guy who just spoke) shout in pain. Well, seems like their leader is a- WhatamIstilldoinghere? I ran towards the playground. When I reached the playground, I didn’t see an old lady being bullied. I saw the bullies, but no old lady. I moved to a position where I can see the person their bullying… Good thing I watched a lot of ninja movies so I can do this ninja style! And then I saw who the bullies… well, are bullying. She was a weird girl, having white hair, but she is pretty. She looks like she was nearly crying there, she’s just staring at the ground. “Hey you morons! Don’t call her that!” Crap. I shouldn’t have said that. “Oh, lookie here, is this your boyfriend huh? He looks weak.” One sidekick told the girl. She just stood there, shaking. “ I-I’m n-not her b-b-boyfriend! And I c-can kick your asses anytime!” Shouldn’t have said that either. Since I don’t think I can run anymore… I ran in-between them. “Y-you monkeys s-should just run o-or I-I’m g-going to kick y-your asses..!” “Ha! Try not to stutter first, Mr. Kick-our-asses!” I wish my training would pay off. Oh how I wish I didn’t slack off. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain along my shoulder area… I think I also heard a crack. The only thing I heard before I blacked out is… “Run!” and “ Oops.” Weird. I feel comfy… This bed is fluffy. Wait. Bed? What happened to me? Uguu~ remember…remember… Oh, I was trying to save this pretty girl then I fainted. …What happened to the girl?! I tried to open my eyes… I don’t want to be late home. It looks like I managed to steal a knife from one of them and killed that guy too without me realizing it. I stabbed the guy in front of me. He was the slowest; it’s his fault. Someone punched me in the back. I blindly sung the knife at him. I was lucky; two of his fingers fell off. I spun around, and a pip hit me in the face. It hurts. I can’t see! But, but I’m still alive! I tried to grab in front of me, and caught someone. I sliced the knife in that direction. Some thing sticky hit me in my face. Someone groaned. I killed him before he got up. …Something’s wrong. I feel bad. Am I crying? Someone wiped my tears and thanked me. Suddenly, I can see again. I am stabbing Lilliane. I am stabbing her. I killed her. I found your story unique in some ways, I sometimes had a dream fighting bad guys and finally woke up in my bed, it's just a weird dream that makes me irritated. Good story, keep on writing!
