Crick Crack
Not the sound of my back
But the sound of things that take long to gain
The pieces shatter and fall like rain
Like a person, glass, and china are brittle
And without reputation, to others your life seems so little
After tripping and falling
Not certainly stalling
The time it takes
For things like that to break,
Is not very long, just a moment's pass
To break and tear down things like china, reputation, or glass
Like James Madison with the war of 1812 or the once almost-bald Brittany Spears
One simple mistake or mistakes can bring their tears
Therefore their success is most likely not remembered or kept
Because that one mistake has put them in debt
The debt of shame or humiliation
They think, needs no congratulation
For they, like china, glass, or reputation
Have to mend their heart not with other representation
If you're wondering how the heck I came up with this, I was told to connect to this quote from Benjamin Franklin: "Glass, china, and reputation are easily cracked and never well mended".
No offense to anyone or any people I referred to in there, I had to use some type of reference to a person or event. So I apologize if it seems even somewhat offensive.
Got this done in 6 minutes... Well even considering the thinking time took 2 minutes, 8 minutes would still be... My fastest creating time!
