Fakku Cafe\\\' Days (Hiatus)

“So she didn’t come today huh? Maybe she was purposely avoiding me….” His thoughts bounced around in his head while he sat just outside the café. In the only Blind spot there was. Fallan knew about Unos and his hidden cameras. “Well like hiding in the one blind spot is going to prevent Unos from knowing I†˜m here.” From where he sat he could see anyone coming and going from the main door for the Café. The café has three exits, the one main one in the front which was large enough to let two people come in at once. The other exit only opened from the inside. The last was the backdoor which only employees use, which was mostly for loading and stuff.


He only stayed to see if that the ones he had eyes for would really come today or not. “I guess she really is out today… I guess I should go in for a bit and then head home.” He walked in through the door he had been staring at for such a long time he couldn’t remember how long it had been… maybe about an hour or two. “Oh yeah the girl I bumped into before came in after me right? Hmm maybe she†˜s following me… I know! She fell in love with me a first sight. Poor thing. I guess I have to break her heart. Damn I am such a ladies man.”


As he was talking aloud and was getting strange looks at by all who passed, he wondered what he should say first to her as he slowly opened the front door. The first thing he saw when he opened the door was Unos smiling face. The first thing he heard was, “so you finally decided to come back in now did ya?”


Fallan stood frozen mouth gaping at Unos. He knew that Unos would know he was out there but he didn’t suspect him to say it so blatantly in front of all the people which were in the café at that time. “Damn it, in front of three dudes and two chicks…. Damn you Unos!” Fallan so wanted to say this aloud.. He didn’t however, in fear of being embarrassed further.


“Unos, you have no tact! I expect better from you! You disappoint me so!” Now if no one was listening before, they were now. All eyes were on Reno after his outburst whom of which began to strut over the Fallan and Unos. Reno patted Fallan on the shoulder “No worries my friend! I shall help you from getting more humiliated and embarrassed then you already are!”


For a moment the Café was silent. “He†˜s doing this on purpose right?! I mean seriously…. He couldn’t actually think he was helping, right? Please someone give me a sign.” Just as Fallan thought this Reno gave Fallan a sly wink. “What the hell!” Thought Fallan, “Is that my bleeding sign? Is he winking to show that he†˜s on my side or is that the sign I just asked for?” Fallan knew he shouldn’t ponder it any further or he would somehow give himself some kind of brain cancer or something. He knew if he just stayed quite for a second his question would be answered. The only problem with that was…. In what way would he get his answer.


“My friend in this way you have help me! I was getting bored! Look around my friend, Unos words have awe struck those of the café! They gawk at the fact that Unos said aloud that you were outside waiting for Yeah. Probably waiting in the bushes or something.”


“Yep he is doing it on purpose,” Fallan was getting pissed. Instead of getting angry at Reno he tried to retreat into his mind.

“What should I do? Oh wait a second, I should try to get my mind off of it. Before Reno began to make this ruckess he was talking to Sepias and the girl that I bumped into before, and the other two people in the café are Yama, a regular just like myself and new waitress who started yesterday. The girl seems nice…. Wait is this really how I should be avoiding the current situation ?”


As Fallan was lost in though and was furiously looking around the café with what seemed to be a stern face. The others began to stare at him. From they’re point of view, Fallan looked like he had lost it. He had a weird expression which didn’t really match him, and his creepy silence kind of put everyone on end, well in a way. (Some of them were laughing they’re asses off on the inside. )


“Um.. Fallan… You ok bro?” Reno poked Fallan with a spoon. Which didn’t knock him out of it. “Should I slap him to knock him out of it?” Unos asked, seemingly concerned. “Its kind of bad for business for him to be standing there with that weird face of his”


“How is that different from his normal face?” A voice which didn’t belong to any of the people who were already in the café. Everyone’s attention turned to the door. “Well well if it isn’t miss Yeah, thought you took a sick day.” Yeah walked over to Unos, “What are you talking about Unos? I told you on the phone that I had to get errands to get done today so I couldn’t come in to meet the newbie you were hiring today but I would still be able to take the nightshift.”


Fallan snapped out of it the moment he heard Yeah’s voice. He was now listening to Unos and Yeah yammering on. He wasn’t really listening because he was staring at Yeahs beautiful face. He did however was able to register in his noggin that Unos had lied.

Yeah noticed Fallan staring at her but she ignored him and she continued on with what she was saying. “So instead of taking the #1 and #2 shift like I usually do, I would take the #3 shift.” Unos scratched his head, “yeah I remember you saying that, but I then asked if you were also going to do the #4 shift but you already hanged up. Yeah stared blankly at Unos, “I still plan on taking my normal shifts tomorrow, I thought it would be pointless to take a sick day when I wasn’t sick. So I might as well come to work even though it was only for one shift.”


“Fine, fine, I guess that’s acceptable, but your getting half your pay then you normally get for today.” Unos stated like a tyrant. “Fine whatever.” Yeah stared coldly at Unos but had no emotion in her voice. With that Unos went into the backroom without even as much as a second look.


“That was interesting….. Oh, and sorry Fallan for that. I was bored and wanted to do something funny.” Fallan wasn’t really listening to Reno because he was too busy watching Yeah walking into the backroom. “Sure whatever Reno.”


“Thanks for forgiving me Fallan,” Reno went and sat back down with Sepias and Hisui. Fallan didn’t know if he should find a seat or if he should just leave already.
