It's still a giant flamebait for IB and all of us here who are a little sick of how CTFG had turned out.
That, and any RP thread worth it's salt gets posted in Writing sections nowadays, and no-one seems to mind that. Unlike here.

-looks at the OP- Oh but you have. You made an RP thread in CTFG. We don't like RP threads in CTFG. We like "Do X, Y or Z to the user/avatar above you" threads in CTFG. Go make one of those.

Anywho, people are just crabby lately, Oni. CTFG is full of plenty of nice people.
I think this RP sounds like fun, I'd actually play since it's laid back enough that I wouldn't always have to be around. But people are just used to RPs being in the Writing section because that's kind of what this is; a story instead of a simple game.
It's easy to have the mods move it there for you, then I'm sure lots of people will join in. I'd also suggest starting everyone off with the season and event first, that way they have more of a plot to be interested in and get started. People like some structure. : )

Now, you need to decide what you want it to be similar to. From what you're saying, if you're serious about getting a plot out of it, you're better off heading to the Writing section. Don't worry, people there are more wired to calmly comment on things and possibly join RPs.))

People are just being jerks, new guy- just ignore them and forge ahead.
If the harassment persists, then it's probably best you do as Room says and request a mod to move it to the Writing section- or just have them delete this one and start a new one in the Writing section. (You can't delete threads- it just deletes your first post and makes you look silly).
