New story ideas (Well new is a relative term...)

So I thought up this idea for an ero manga one night when I was really sleepy. I didn't really remember everything I thought of, but I wrote things down that night and I'm starting to come up with stuff from those notes. Here's what I got down. Tell me what you think of it as a basis.
"Slim, slender, and petite girl. Like from Sundome. Not flat chested, but a small handful. Sailor-type school uniform. Set in summer so the uniform sticks to her from the sweat and shows off her form. Short black hair and a slight tan with school swimsuit tan lines. Settings slightly similar to Sundome. No other people though. Older buildings. Buildings with cracks and vegetation growing on them. Maybe abandoned section of school."
So I read this and thought that it would be like Sundome, but with no extra people. The guy isn't a nerd and there's no "No sex, teasing, I'm sick and fuck an old guy." It's just the guy and the girl, hanging out, having sex in abandoned buildings, bus stops after a summer rain, attics, their respective houses of course, and falling in love in the process. I know I've seen all these things before, but I wanted to put them all together and build on some plot concerning the two. If I just amazingly and unknowingly copypasta'd a story I'm not fully aware of then by all means, tell me. Other than that...thoughts? I'm gonna start writing if you guys and gals like the idea. Or otherwise even for that matter.
