I thought I would make this for a larger more cooperative setting. I do not want to restrict this to just seven people, and I really do not want to restrict the type of characters, namely Servants, that one can use. I want this to be a little more open ended.
I also feel like a GM playing as one of the participants can become biased to put it lightly.
This RP still depends on how many people join, but I hope we can all have fun together.
Setting:
Rather than being destroyed by Emiya Kiritsugu, the 726th Holy Grail crossed dimensions to a world not unlike our own. Here it combined with another of this world distorting it and the rules of this dimension to recreate the Holy Grail War. The Church sought this device to make sure none could abuse its powers, and like the previous grail of Fuyuki City, this grail of Halifax will do just the same. The first Holy Grail War of this dimension was going to happen.
The date is December 3rd 2012, the day before the start of the next Holy Grail War, in the city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The great families are moving to see the Great Disaster through. The descendents of the great seer Nostradamus, the powerful Shamans of the Mayan Civilization, and the messiah, Jesus of Nazareth. Many other powerful magus want this wish granting device. Many hope to be worthy of the Grail. With so much uncertainty going on this world has never seen before, everyone knows one thing, something will happen at War's end.
Rules
1. Please do not use another player's character.
2. Please do not kill another player's character without permission.
3. Please do play fair.
4. Please do not use knowledge your character does not have to your advantage.
5. Please do use (OOC) or any other convention to convey when you are out of character.
6. Please do notify me if there are any disputes or concerns you may have against another player.
7. Please do have fun.
Here is a crude example of a profile. I want more detail than I have written here, but it doesn't have to be anything fancy. You can describe yourself in better detail in your opening posts and how you portray your character throughout the RP. Do PM it to me. I want to thread to be relatively clean.
Name: Arthur Pendragon
Type: Servant Saber (Or Master. If Servant is chosen, choose someone famous from the past.)
Age: 30
Appearance: Arthur is a well built man with handsome features. He has dark brown hair and a clean beard, etc. (You may use a picture instead.)
Personality: King Arthur is a man of the people. He fights for his country and his men defending the British shores from the Saxons. He loves to have a good time with his Knight of the Round Table, etc, etc.
Biography: Arthur is the first son of Uther Pendragron and heir to the throne. However, he was raised in secret away from his father. One thing led to another and he pulled a sword from the stone and became King of England, etc.
Noble Phantasm: (Ignore if Master. Describe the thing that made him/her famous.)
Excalibur: Destroys everything.
Knights of the Round: Summons Knights of the Round Table to help.
Camelot: The Ultimate Defense.
Abilities: (Ignore if Master) http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/Parameters_and_Skills
Use as reference. You may use these and make new ones up. Choose a few.
Abilities: (Ignore if Servant) An example is, skill in fire magic. He can make fire swans that fly around and explode on contact. He is also skilled at Bruce Lee Imitation Martial Arts, etc, etc.

-I would like people to choose partners for their Servant and Master. PM a good friend. I would rather not have the same person play a Servant and Master. I think it would be more fun that way with Masters and Servants having different agendas and thought processes.
-I myself will play as the Moderator of the Holy Grail War.
-I would also like for everyone's first post to be what happened in the past. It should include the summoning of your servant and somehow ending in present time which will be December 3rd, 2012.
-When posting for a battle, be sure to read things over and put detail into it. I do not want for things to be interpreted multiple ways different from how the original poster intended. This way we can avoid retcons.
-If there is anything that needs clarification or anything you think that will make this better, feel free to let me know.

"Merry Christmas, Father" Christina glides across the floors to the altar where an elderly priest had his back to her.
"Merry Christmas, Sister Celeste." He turns around wearing a large smile. He spreads his arms wide as the moonlight shines on his through the large windows of the Vatican Cathedral. "I take it your mission went well."
"Yes, Father." Christina exageratingly bows. "We have confirmed the disturbance to be centered in Nova Scotia."
"Feh... Mages..." The sound of his teeth grinding can be hear echoing through this Cathedral. "It can't be helped. This... Holy Grail War... We will have to supervise it."
Suddenly the priest smiles widely, beaming as he once again spread his arms out wide. "Sister Celeste! Rejoice! You have always wanted to become a member of the Burial Agency, did you not? Now here is your chance! You will go and moderate this war and you will bring back this 'Holy Grail' after killing the victor!"
"As you wish... Father..." Celeste politely bows and turns to exit the Cathedral to the maniacal laughter of the Priest.
Celeste looked up at the small church in front of her, St. Paul's Church of Halifax. It was a fairly big church. It looked like any other, but the one feature that stood out, what appeared to be a giant brick tower. As she stared at it, one of the doors opened and a young priest, probably younger than herself showed up.
"Welcome to St. Paul's Church, Sister Celeste." He bowed and quickly scurried over taking a large bag Christina carried. As he reached for the long rectangular one in her other hand, she pulled it away from him. She would carry this herself.
"Ah... Thank you." Christina smiles. The boy blushes and quickly turns away. Christina would have fun teasing him.
As the boy showed her around the Church, one thing caught Christina's eye, the gigantic organ. "Do you play it?" She asked pointing
"Oh... No... The organist... We don't have one at the moment." He explained.
"That's a shame." The tour of the church continued showing there was not much outside the mass area. Celeste's smile became more sour as the tour went on. They expected her to stay here for a year?
"I'm sorry there is not much for comfort." He apologized.
"No, it's fine." Christina replied. "How aboot that Holy Grail War, eh?"
Now to reinforce this church, install a barrier, and wait for the Masters to slowly trickle in...

It will be really confusing, once Ojou-sama's Fate RP gets started. Two Fate RPs at the same time... isn't really well thought out, imo.

This actually doesn't seem bad. I would probably participate in this as Master and Servant of Berserker if it weren't for the fact that I'm already considered in Rise's. Also...
While it sounds like a good idea, I wouldn't recommend it. For one, it's a bit troublesome and would probably make the RP progress at a slow pace. Even for menial actions, the Master would have to wait for his Servant to respond and such.
But yeah, don't change it if you don't want to. Just my thoughts (from the top of my head) about it.
Other than that though, I don't see any other things that I highly disagree with.

I do not mind a slow paced RP. In fact, I much prefer it as it gives people an opportunity to think about what they want to write　and to work together. Most players will probably write collaborative posts together anyway when there are two people, and they will work together on that. I think it will be a lot of fun.

I was just throwing stuff out there. It's just that from my experience, the longer a RP gets to the good stuff, the quicker it dies out. Don't get me wrong though; I'm one of those guys that stick with a RP to the end, until the GM himself loses interest.
Anyways, I'll keep my eye out for this one if I'm rejected in Rise's. I would prefer Berserker because I have no friends since I'm relatively new to the site :'(. But, if someone already called dibs on it or whatever, that's fine too I guess.

And you should join this RP if you really want to. It's an absurd rule to impose on your players not allowing them to join a Roleplay just because you do not like the other one. We should all get along as a community. Besides, this roleplay will inherently be different than the other.

Uhh yeah... I don't think most of my friends, from online or offline, would be down to RP on a hentai website lol. And the ones that don't care about stuff like that aren't interested to RP in the first place. FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS.
Hmm, I think you may be a bit misinformed here. Perhaps Rise does hate this RP, but the reason he gave was that a bunch of other people want to join his; why should he let a guy that's already accepted into another Fate RP join when other people are waiting? I don't disagree with that reasoning, to be honest (I do disagree with "I don't like him so if you join his you can't join mine!" reasoning). I personally am better in RPing when I focus on them one at a time. So I can't really hate on Rise on that point.
And yeah, I do agree we should get along as a community.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I wasn't trying to say that you use that sort of reasoning; I was saying that if you DID use that sort of reasoning, I would disagree with that.
