Saber looks at Adrian gathering herbs
"Thats pretty useful you know, having some salves to help us will allow us to fight for longer... when you have some free time would you teach me some basics?"
Saber notices a unique looking purple flower a couple of feet away, he runs over and picks it
"Whats this flower for, or what does it do?" Saber asks curiously

Tadashi has finally arrived.. After days of traveling from the mountains, and following the gossips he had heard in his travels, he as arrived in a town that had a guild. Having never seen or heard much about a guild he dashes into the guild building without a second thought. Once inside, he is amazed at the vast amount of people inside this building. People of all types of combat styles and skills, oh this is quite a paradise for one who has only started to see the outside world. As he looks around, he notices that there is a sign pointing somewhere, saying "registration this way". He looks and sees a woman standing at a desk, minding her own business. She notices him and says,
"Hello there, you here to register as well?"
He nods, showing quite a bit too much excitement. The woman giggled at the gesture this boy was doing.
"Good. Now then, please provide your name, age,and clan."
He paused. He stood there for what felt like a minute, pondering. Just as the woman was about to speak, Tadashi took out a scroll and pen then started writing on it. He wrote so fast, the woman was quite stunned at what she was seeing. When he finished writing, he rolled the scroll up and tightened his grip on it. The scroll lights up a bit and sords started pouring out and dissolving, in the while converting the written words into spoken language, ["Hello, I will provide you with the given requirements you have asked from me. My name is Tadashi Shou, and i am of 16 years old. Also I belong to the Shudo-shi clan. I hope to be under your care miss guild lady."] She giggled again, "My my, what an interesting one you are. Alright then..." She writes down the given information on a scroll and hands Tadashi a small booklet.
She then continues,"Heres your License, it'll carry all your details so be sure to hand it to me or another worker once you finish a hunt. To go on a hunt, please go to the board and browse the requests, once you see a request you like bring it back here to me along with any allies or friends you want to bring along on that request and I'll accept it as long as you have sufficient funds."
Tadashi gives her a bow in thanks before accepting the booklet and heading to the guild's job board. She sighs a bit, "There is quite a lot of newcomers indeed. I wonder who else will be joining?" Scanning the board and numerous papers, he grabs a few that seems like something worth the time. A tall man passes by and grabs his hand. "Hey noobie. You can't get more than one request from the board due to your rank, so you better just put those other ones back, got it!?" Rather than entice this man, he went and placed them back on the board, with only two to choose from.
"HUNT: Bandits raiding nearby towns; Reward 300G" and "HUNT: Find various flowers in the nearby forest; 50G"
Without hesitation, he went ahead and reached for the bandit hunt and went to get it registered. The woman read it and saw only he was going to do this alone. "Oh dear. You know, you need to have at least a few others to do this hunt right?"
Instead of answering he shrugs, not sure if anyone would join him in this quest that he has chosen. "Well, there aren't any rules saying you can't so here" She confirms the quest and hands it back to him. "You better get some friends before taking the hunt alright? No one wants to have a dead newcomer on their first day."
With that, Tadashi took a seat at the guild's lounge and waited for anyone that would care join up with him.

" I suppose I could. Alchemy is a commonly sought knowledge so it shouldn't be forbidden by the Clan laws of Leon Belmont I for me to teach it to you." Adrian glanced at the flower for a few moments. The hue matched as did the pistelles and petals.
" That, Saber, is a goddess blessing. Very rare to find down here. They often grow in the harshest mountain tops. And only for a few days at that. I have some water lily and purple orchid with me. By crushing this flower, the stem of the orchid, and the leafy pad of the lily then steeping them in water from a fresh running source we can make a concoction that will grant us protection from flames. How ever the water MUST BE FRESH. And the closest rive is seven leagues to the north. A fair distance from our mark."

Adrian carefully took the flower and placed it tenderly in a pouch as he got to his feet. He had picked many from the patches but still no dragon's bane.
"Fine lets rid ourselves of these nuisances. Quickly though. If we don't hurry another party may slay our mark. We'll have to go with out dragon's bane."
Adrian used his left hand to draw his whip. Left handed combatants were rare amongst nobles as even the youngest of children were severely punished for even attempting to use their left instead of their right. It was considered a mark of evil and there for illegal. Then again the Belmont Clan was famous it's members' eccentricities.

Ivan patted the two on the back. "Fellows, let me handle this." He pulled his repeater crossbow from his back, loading it with 8 bolts and running to the left of the field.
Lying down in the tall grass, Ivan began to creep his way closer to the bandit patrol. He closes the distance and readies his bow. "Only three of them" Ivan waited as the continued down the road, walking down deeper into Ivan's kill range.
"3. . . 2. . . 1. . . NOW!" Ivan shot two bolts into the first bandit, he hit the floor before the other two could react. As they turned towards Ivan, he shot three bolts into the next bandit who fell quicker than the first. The last one drew out his sword, charging towards Ivan who shot two bolts. The bandit deflected one but the other hit his leg and he fell to the ground. The bandit struggled to pull himself up, this amused Ivan. . . for a while, he soon grew bored and decided to end his misery. Ivan shot his last bolt right into the man's chest and the bandit fell back down to the ground.
Ivan raised his crossbow as a signal for all clear and slung it onto his back, pulling out his short sword and waiting for the rest of the party.

Saber made a quick mental note 'Dont piss of Ivan', before jogging over to the now dead bandits and quickly checking their bodys for anything useful, nothing on the first one, Ivans bolt decimated the second one, and on the third Saber pulled a small pouch of marked pebbles from the body

"Yes Ivan very well done. If I were a king you would very much be the captain of the royal guard but I'm not so you aren't." Adrian jested. " Still I appluade either way. If you'll allow me to hold on to those pebbles,as you Saber put it, I could study them and find out." Adrian said with a smile. However his smile vanished when he looked behind Saber. More bandits. Ambushed.

Saber quickly whirls round to see at least 7 bandits ambushing them, how cruel it was for them to use 3 of their own as decoys, Saber draws his sword and engages them eagerly, this is the first blood that his word shall taste in a while

Adrian grabbed Saber's arm and pulled him back taking, with his other hand, a crystal the size of a baby's fist and hurled it in their direction. The suddenly curious bandits stop to look at it. The crystal glows a bright green as three draw closer to Adrian and the others.

Ivan readied his blade, holding it up at head height pointing forwards as he quickly charged the first three. Ivan thrusted his sword into the first one who died quickly and fell as Ivan swinged his blade out. The second, infuriated, swings his blade at Ivan's head and Ivan ducks, spinning as he does and brings an upward slash, creating a large cut through the bandit's chest.
The third held his sword, trembling. Ivan smirked and raised his sword, the bandit flinched in fear and shut his eyes. Ivan laughed and knocked the man out with the end of his sword hilt. The bandit fell to the ground, knocked out cold, and Ivan span his sword downwards, holding it invertedly and dropping down, stabbing the unconscious bandit in the back.
Ivan got back up, blood stained on his cheek and a wild smirk on his face. "'Kay then, I can leave the rest to you guys?" Ivan asked as he turned to his party.

Saber draws his sword and jumps high into the air, then throwing his sword like a spear into the chest of one of the bandits,who falls down instantly dead, landing next to the corpse Saber draws his sword and picks up the bandits weapon
"Tch.. rusty, bandits these days..." In disgust Saber throws the rusty blade at another bandit who dodges it by diving to the floor only to look up and see Saber in his face, before he could even scream Sabers blade pierced his skull
"Right thats 5 right?, ill leave the rest for you Adrian"

The remining false bandits screamed bloody murder as they became pale, and if one were to touch them, cold. The crystal drained away their very lifeforce, leaving them shallow empty husks. The crystal fell back to the ground and vaporized leaving nothing behind but the two lifeless bodies and a small pile of sand that blew away with the wind.

Ivan walked over to the two bodies, observing their lifeless state, his face was quite grim. "Alchemy seems quite a dangerous practice, I hope that it'll be maintained under the right people." Ivan stretched his arms and turned back to the two. "Well, enough of that, we've defeated our so-called-bandits. Shall we keep on moving or should we loot a few of their items, maybe even try to uncover who they are?"

"I'll take this. Help yourselves to anything else you find. Opals are powerful so best to have one in the hands of an alchemist. We need to move these bodies further into the field. Don't want any innocents caught in the cross fire." Adrian rose to his feet staggered a couple of steps and slumped to the ground. He was tired and the crystal was to blame.

Ivan hummed an old folksong from his clan as he dragged the bodies of the bandits into the center of the large, open field, lining them up in two rows of five. Ivan rummaged through the bodies, taking any gold and good food they had, and systematically piled them up. Overall, Ivan had found about 247 gold coins and a few pieces of bread and meat, obviously these bandits weren't very succesful although Ivan decided to take two of the bandits short blades.
Ivan took a flask from one of the bandits, opened it and sniffed. "Rum, this should serve well as a fuel." Ivan took a sip from the flask and poured the rest onto the pile of corpses. Taking out a short blade and a flint rock, Ivan striked the rock along the blade, creating sparks that caught the pile of bandits alight.

Saber lay in wait for the wyvern to show up, the smell of burning flesh knocking him sick.Suddenly a large shadow passes over them and a small wyvern about 8' tall with red scales landed next to the burning corpses, not even caring about the blistering heat the Wyvern picked a corpse out of the pile and started to feast on the cooked flesh.

"Then I'll go with NOW!" Ivan threw one of the shortblades he had looted and it spun off straight towards the wyvern but it had noticed him and the blade flew past, managing to create a deep cut into the wyvern's right eye. The wyvern howled in pain, shooting bursts of fire as it raged.
Ivan signalled to Saber, "Go for it!"

Saber lunges out of his position and jumps high into the air, aming for its head or neck Saber readys himself to land upon the Wyvern, but to no avail as the wyvern sees Saber coming, he barely has anytime to block a fierce swing from his tail knocking Saber of course, pissed off Saber slashs his sword at the Wyverns wind, tearing the soft membrane apart. Roaring in pain, the wyvern shoots a jet of fire towards Saber who barely has time to roll out of the way
