#1: When he went to go pee, he killed Karen using some type of item. ((At first I thought it would be a piece of glass, but he could have used a razor in the bathroom, or something else like that.))
#2: William pushed Johnny out the window when the kitchen went dark.
#3: William was the only one watching over Melody while she was in the bathroom when Nina was in Karen's room. After he pushed her out the open window, he smashed the window, either shutting it too hard, or breaking the glass himself.
#4: He pushed Nina down the stairs, and made it look as if he got pushed as well.
#5: He killed himself in the Kitchen using whatever utensil he had at hand.

#3: He killed Melody in the bathroom and then hide himself and the corpse inside of it, there were windows fragments in the bathroom
#4: He pushed William and Nina down the stairs, Nina didn't die right after that, william didn't check Nina's pulse
#5: He killed William in the kitchen using the utensils there. He died because of the injuries he got for jumping out of the window
