So here's a random story, that's not actually random, that I came up with, it's a story about a guy named Yuuki, who staying at his cousin Akari's house with his childhood friend, Risa. This is a story about one of the wacky nights that he had.. Sorry if it's not good English haha, English isn't my first language :p! Thus enjoy!
I... I just heard a sound... Akari, my cousin, is out, so it can't be her... It's pitch black, right in the middle of the night, I... I just heard a sound... Scared, but calm, I walked to the door and opened it, before lies a small hall with no lights at all, only darkness... Since I'm used to this place already, I remember that the washroom is at my right, about 5 or 7 foot step away and at my left, a few steps away from my room, is Risa's room. Still calm but scared, I walk slowly to the main room, there was no one... but still, only darkness, though, since it's the full moon outside, the moonlight shines through the windows and I can see a bit clearly, I can see the expensive vase that Akari bought and the red light on the TV, indicating that it's turned off...
Wait... I just heard footsteps, wait... The person, or the thing, whoever or whatever the footsteps belong to, I can deduce by the sounds that it's running... I quickly turned my head left and right, trying to use of little the moonlight that I had to aid me find where the sound's coming from...
The sound is getting closer... I walked down the hallway to my right and down the stairs... It's even more pitch-black and there's almost no moonlight so I can barely see... But yet again, since I'm familiar with this house, I can tell that at my left, there's a closed door, it's a storeroom, containing clothes, food, and other various stuff. At my front is a plain normal room, with a TV and such and at my right is the washroom.
Wait! The sound... The sound is getting louder, it's coming from my right!! I quickly turned around and suddenly, something, or someone jumped at me and started clinging onto me, that thing or person wasn't thinking of letting me go, it's claw-like hands are lacerating my back, it hurts. Then, I heard a voice :"Yuu-chan! I'm scared!!!".
It was only my childhood friend Risa, she sleeps at our house, I know, a boy and a girl alone in the same house isn't good... By the way, Risa is a shy girl with brown short frilly hairs, she wears glasses from time to time, but only when she needs them. I told her that clinging onto me like that hurts so after being embarrassed after she heard me say those words, she lets go of me.
Then, I asked her if she was the one who made those noises, she replied that it wasn't her, so I asked her what she was doing running and jumping at me and she replied : "Yuu-chan... I heard noises, when I was going to the washroom I got scared... When I heard someone coming down the stairs and saw you... I... I immediately knew... that you'd comfort me.... But..."
I told her to calm down and that I was right besides her so she doesn't have to worry about anything, and so, she calmed down and felt relieved, and started explaining clearly that she heard some noises from somewhere near the washroom, right at the moment, the door at my right suddenly made a huge bang.
Risa jumped at me and started clinging onto me yet again, this time, with more
strength... With my left arm around her waist, I slowly approached my hand to the doorknob... Risa was hiding her face on my chest and started clinging onto my shirt even more... My hands finally reached the doorknob and I turned it slowly... Then, I opened the door slowly, the door was old so it made quite a noise... I was hoping from the bottom of my heart that whatever was in there wasn't waiting to ambush us... I mean, what can we do? We only are two teenagers at home alone! Risa, still clinging onto me, finally, turned her head towards the opened room...
I pushed her slowly behind me and I started to walk there slowly inside the room, what am I scared of? This is the storeroom that I always use to store our food and stuff.... It must be some broom that fell down from being misplaced and banged on the door while falling... Right? But, I don't see any brooms at all near the entrance... So that can't be right... Mustering my courage, I walked in slowly, Risa, hands to her chest, tears falling down her cheeks... I can tell that she's worried... But I still kept going in, there... I saw a shadow...
It suddenly stood up, I quickly backed up two steps but the shadow was quick and suddenly puts its arms or whatever is, around my shoulder and approaches it's head! What I saw was horrible, algae like hair was hanging down it's head, I can't even see the shadow's eyes! That red thing running down it's lips, is it blood? Scared, I screamed. Risa quickly ran in and saw the same horrendous image that I saw with my own eyes and fainted. I quickly fought off that thing and went to Risa and started worrying and screamed her name "Risa! Risa! Are you alright!" The monster approached me, I was scared, I glared at it with defying eyes, I won't let it approach and hurt Risa!
Sound started coming from it's mouth, I couldn't clearly hear, and then, the monster repeated, screaming this time "Could you quiet down! My head hurts so bad! Oh my god! You kids can be so dramatic!"
I recognized the voice, it was my older irresponsible drunkard cousin Akari... Her hair was a mess because it was raining outside and the red color that I thought that was blood was actually her lipstick. I was relieved. She then started talking "Dang... Yuu-chan! I'm lucky you don't lock that window there, I managed to get in hehe! I forgot the keys! Hehe! Ah, my heads hurts! Gotta get some shut eye, night kids! Don't do naughty stuff hehe!" And she fell asleep, just like that, I was annoyed, really annoyed, what a weird night it has been...
