why cant i even extract the game to play

I had a fun time with this for the most part. One bug I found was near the tail end of the main game when you talk to a character in Keiko's classroom they request to head to the pool with you. But, that doesn't happen. My game couldn't find the "Keikotrunks" graphic and the game just crashed and closed right away.

This next bit is more a criticism than anything else and... just in case,

This game may need a forced or hypnosis tag or something of the like. It's not apparent as you go through the majority of the main game but there's a "bad" ending that gets pretty DARK. And I've been going off on this "main game" stuff for a while. That's because the game has additional side stories labeled as Country Girl Keiko School-Trip and Afterstory. There's a fourth called Country Girl Keiko Black and... yeah it's pretty dark. I bring up this criticism as this kind of dark turn isn't out of place in hentai games, it still feels pretty sneaky to have a pretty dark ending hidden in a fluffy looking game. So to anybody reading this far, there's some heavy subjects this game offers.

I liked the game, wish the side stories could be unlocked regardless of ending achieved though
