STORY
Empire Club. The most luxurious bar that ladies and gentlemen come and gather.
The beautiful maids who worked there danced and talked with the customers to amuse them.
One day, the protagonist was told to meet his uncle.
His uncle told him he had newly opened a future-next generation Empire Club which was customizable and filled with new possibilities.
Unexpectedly, his uncle generously handed over the ownership of Empire Club… However, Empire Club was secretly in huge debt.
Not only did he have to save the club from debt, there were so many outrageous problems. It was obvious that it wouldn’t be easy to solve everything.
In front of the protagonist who was totally at a loss, three maids appeared. They were the last few maids who remained working at Empire Club.

It doesn't want to Extract Properly
I don't know if I am reading the installer prompt correct or not, but every time I go to extract files to get to the installer, either 138 files are seen as missing, or it brings up a Error 0x80004005. Its says to pick one installer, but does that mean they aren't all working? Am I spoiled for choice? Do I test every single one till one of them works?
Update: I got it to work somehow by deleting and redownloading everything and using 7-zip to unzip the main zip file. Just make sure to do so in the same location as all the Z files and hope nothing gets corrupted. I'll be honest, the game is well made with the story being fine if you like the whole maid aesthetic. If you don't care for the main character personalities but enjoy the gameplay, maybe look into the DLC character personalities. But if this game works and you don't care for the management/sim/story, then this game isn't for your.
The character creator at base provides a good amount of physical options for your maid, though I would say the costumes are a bit lacking until you get some of the DLC. The Yotogi is fun, and offers a lot of variety when playing with the maids. If you care for NTR, it offers quite a bit of content at base, though not too much compared to how much the DLCs add. As for the lovey dovey stuff, at base I'd say it pretty good.
I would change the rating to 3.5 stars, as it is a lot of potential, but only gets really good after you invest into some of the update DLC. If you pick it up, hopefully you get yours working on the first try.

Did you download 12 files and were 11 of them 1,013,760 KB with the 12th file ending in a zip extension that was 488,883 KB ?
You right click on the zip and extract into a folder and should get no errors then go into the folders find and click installer dot exe

The Dark Souls of Computer Puzzle Games
I'd have an easier time unzipping a pastor's pants and jerking him off in front of the congregation than trying to unzip and play this fucking game. I saw people's comments, complaining about installation, crashing and missing files. I thought nothing of it. Most were a year old and some people got the game to play. Surely, whatever issue they were going through won't obstruct me.
I was wrong. Got Error 0x80004005? Yep. Tried to Right-click extract into a completely different folder? Same error. The game oddly installs and asks for disc 1 of 12? oh! The 11 other files! But, where tf do I put them?? I put 'em in the same game folder, in the installation folder, a folder of the folder, near the folder, behind the folder, what the fuck?! I googled "Custom Order Maid 3d2 install" and got shady links that don't help, then started googling "com3d2 install" and got directed to the COM3d2 reddit. That would be great, but their installation resources and wiki are disabled and apparently nobody has the fakku version of this game there. There's a discord too, but I've only seen how to install the japanese version of the game, mods, a dozen different updates, the R18 patch, and installing up-to-date patches. If I knew how to do all that computer crap, I wouldn't be working the job I do now and probably have enough money to touch real women.
Look, I just wanted to jerk off to a nice game with maids. I can extract zip stuff and bumble my way to getting a few mods working, but this game, overall, is beyond me.

20 errors. 20 missing files
Am unable to even remotely get product to work. Have double and triple checked the issues with the installs. Have redownloaded the 12 files 4x over now with no change. Even followed the suggest in the comments here to no avail. sooo if anyone has any idea as to why parts.arc and similar listed files aren't downloading/installing i would greatly appreciate an input.

Fantastic Game
Its like the Illusion games with more actual gameplay. The managing sim is pretty entertaining. The dance game is horrible, probably the worst rhythm game I've ever played, no exaggeration. The graphics are great. Lots of good sex positions and animations. Character customization is limited in comparison to an Illusion game, but for the most part it won't let you combine things that won't visually work together unlike an Illusion game. I'm pretty happy with it.
There's a lot of DLC on the website, but there seem to be layers of requirements for a DLC to work and its about the most confusing DLC page and list of requirements I've ever seen. Here's hoping they release some DLC packs on here so I don't accidentally buy something that won't work because the DLC required another DLC.

It's okay
The character editor is a little limited, but sometimes that can be a good thing. The choices you do have work fine for me and really do emphasize the "maid" aspect so it's nice in that it has a clear focus instead of being all over the place.
There are only 3 personality types though, which I find pretty confining, and the three default maids already have those personality types so any maid you make will have voice lines you've already heard from the default maids. There are other maids you can hire through special events and they have different personalities but so far I can't unlock those personalities in the editor? I don't know if that changes in the future.
Anyway it's fine. I don't think the mosaics are too big of an issue, it's not like 3d animated genitals look particularly good in these types of games even when they aren't censored lol. I just wish there were a wider variety of personality types available.

Hello friend, as far as I can tell the game only comes with three personalities. If you want more you have to go to the website of the developer which is available from the gear on their launcher when you start the game. However, while you can add personalities it doesn’t impact the sex according to the website. But I may break down and get one just to see. Also you can adjust the voice so it sounds higher or lower and that makes them sound A little different, so there at least is that.

Update: 4 hours later, lol, had to stop to go to bed, this game is the most fun I've had in a while, it combines progression, some strategy, customization of characters, and best of all, hundreds of sex scenes. Thanks again Fakku

The mosaic is because this game is from Japan and they have to hide the naughty bits by law. I know of no patches to fix that at present. By the way, Honey Select (also available on Fakku) has all the naughty bits if you feel like getting another game it's great, but this game has a story and more progression.
By starting launcher, do you mean you clicked the gear and went to the S-court webpage? If yes, I do see addons but most are personalities and the others seem like we've already got them from Fakku.
What you could do is email them at the site and ask what else you can get from them if you have the version that has the base game + Yotogi + Empire (which you have in this game as do I, it's what Fakku sold).
