If it's a sort of "cycle of rebirth" as it seems to be then I kind of agree.
He's basically immortal, and on top of that he has a sexy demon mom/wife to fuck for the rest of eternity. And apparently he doesn't even have wait to hit puberty before he start fucking her again. I'm rather freaked out by that prospect, but I'm strangely ok with it in this context.

I don't think that's really quite how it works. It seems that his body is being regressed back to a fetus and using the demons womb to develop all over again. Basically living life right from the beginning a second time.
And since demons are immortal, I would guess the two of them can keep doing this over and over for as long as they want.
