What a nice guy, offering to put her up for the night as thanks for her mother always helping him out.
Still, in a way her mother was like her wingman on this occasion? Since she left her keys inside and her mother is out, she can't go home, and that afforded her a chance to get closer to the neighbour she really likes when he offers to put her up for the night.
That ending though, I must say I was half expecting the mother to catch on to what happened, maybe offer to 'repay' him for taking care of her daughter, perhaps? Well, while a 3P sounds really nice, I quite like what we got here.

She's good, indeed. ^_^

I really hope we see a sequel to this where the mother shows her appreciation.

time for a sequel with the mom!

You know, this is one of those 'possible vanilla future, not now' stories.

Ooooh ... this could turn out rather complex. Even if it could be argued that Tsugumi has over time developed feelings for Aoyama, it's not yet clear if he might have similar feelings for her mother.

Sequel might help clear up these as-yet unresolved matters.
