There's also Saki which has great mahjong action and several seasons of anime. It's what got me into mahjong, that's for sure. And since you're here on Fakku you probably won't mind the fanservice :3 It doesn't really teach the game of mahjong at all, but it's not hard to follow what's going on and it makes the game real exciting~

So many...! But all of them requires you to know to play mahjong beforehand. Personally I recommend reading Kaiji first, the third manga season is about mahjong and the guys who translated it also included a really good guide for beginners. From that point I suggest reading Akagi, TEN, Mudazumo naki kaikaku (AKA legend of koizumi) and many more.

Looking at the Double Ron she paid into... why the hell would she throw the 6pin in that situation? Can't see the discards but throwing any pinzu let alone the 6 with two probably really obvious chinitsu hands is just asking for trouble.

Hahah, that ending. And here I thought he was going to hog this double harem for himself, but the other guy was still there.
Still, this kind of gambling strip mahjong certainly seems like one the best kinds there is! Hentai just about always makes things so much better.
So, first the quiet one reveals herself to be a gigantic pervert and tries to get them both to have sex in front of her, but after trying to prolong it, has it backfire and get her stripped as well. And in the end, I'd say the overall winner is him, as he had sex with the both of them either way.
All that mahjong references during the sex though...
