May not need a loli tag. Depending on when and where this is set. The farther says they should pick a date for the ceremony soon. Meaning most likely she is at least 16 years of age(for legal marriage). This is just stipulation from the wording and the fact there was a magazine for what seems like something that could not have been too far in the past; where younger ages for marriage was more accepted.
