When Akane tells that one guy "Haha, this is the club president", she's supposed to be saying "Wow, you're our club's president". She's talking to him and is expressing surprise that he's the president of their club. And when she says to him "A girl would take the bait every time", she's supposed to be saying "You must have no problem getting girls". 入れ食い is a metaphor that refers to fish "biting at every cast". It's used to describe someone who easily gets what they want; in the club president's case, it's girls. And when Hajime says to Akane "They all seem to be celebrating", he should be saying "I'm sure everyone would celebrate". He means everyone would be happy if Akane married someone like the club president. If you're familiar with the first Akane story in Bifidus's book Distorted Love's Nest, then you'd know that her other relatives want her to get married soon, so "everyone" refers to them.
