So, there is a psychological ploy called a love bomb. Cults use it to get young delinquents. The way it works is you constantly give positive reinforcement and praise to someone who (probably) never got it elsewhere. This will form a very strong attachment to the giver. The more you hear "I love you! You are wonderful!" The more you trust them. Until you are willing to rob or murder your old family for the cult. Intentionally or not this boy is love bombing the girl. you make it sound like he's forcing himself on her. he's younger than her and wants to make it clear to her he isn't being impulsive and saying that he loves her just bcs she had sex with him: so he tells her he loves her before, during and after to let her know it wasn't just something he said in the heat of the moment, but he actually means it.
