Remember kids: either the stuff you order from a shady website doesn’t work at all or it works too well. Be prepared for the consequences either way…

PAGE 5 ... DAYUM!
IIRC, it was Scott Adams who stated in a "Dilbert" comic strip that "a true engineer never reads the setup instructions." Well, unless i'm due for a surprise, nothing will happen in the Dilbert Universe like what was depicted in this story. IMHO, Yuki (when he was still a "he") should damn well have read the instructions and cautionary note before proceeding.
But in the end, it seems that he has *koff-koff* adapted to and accepted his seemingly permanent changeover, plus his experience of how girls feel during sex made him/her go all "Hey Mikey I Think He/She Likes it." As long as he/she can live with it, ..... "I'LL ALLOW IT!"

So, if everyone remembers him as a girl, do they think she went from lesbian to straight?

I like to think that, as time goes by, Yuki and Kumagai
themselves will eventually forget Yuki was ever a guy.
Will she try to cling to her fading memories?

That's an interesting question. Most likely, everyone (including Yuki's
ex-girlfriends) will forget (s)he ever dated girls---as if their memories
had been erased with an MIB neuralyzer.

"No doubt this is one of those scenarios where
I'll turn back after I help him bust one out, right?"
(page 9, panel 1)
Yuki seems to be vaguely aware that (s)he's a character in a genderbender
story, and (s)he's waiting for the thing to resolve itself in a conventional way.
This turns the chapter into a charming, light-hearted meta-gag.

chapter I ever read. Yuki accepts her new identity as a lusty
gyaru without missing a beat, and Kumagai likewise accepts
his friend's stunning transformation with remarkable aplomb.
