I was actually confused for the first few pages because I couldn't tell if it was him having the thought bubbles about her being dense or if she was having the thought bubbles about him being dense. I guess in a roundabout way he was arrogantly and vulgarly proposing to the other women so they would instantly reject him, but if he was that confident and straight forward why not just confess directly to her?

I think the whole point was he didn't want anyone else. He just wanted her to have some desire for it as well, so he kept giving her hints and opportunities to be the bride. 10/10 would fap again. Qualified for Vanilla tag.
