Story heavy with a great ending
It almost plays out kinda like a horror movie, except the tension is less due to anyone meeting a horrible fate and more sizzling anticipation for when Shotaro discovers Dr. Hazuki's secret. Then you hit that ending and hit a huge cliffhanger that begs for a part 2.
Thankfully there is one out and it lives up to the cliffhanger.

Perfect, just like every other Dibi work. Coincidentally, last week while browsing through Dibi's works in order to finally buy their tankobons I noticed that this doujin had been recently released and wondered if Irodori was going to license it, just like the previous ones. Well, I'm glad it finally happened, and that quickly, as well!
