So far, the story is nicely ambiguous.

Is the girl actually a succubus, or merely a figment
of the priest's feverish, sex-starved imagination?

This story could go down several different paths,
but I see nothing except dark endings, and some
of them are very dark, indeed.

The critical point is that the priest is clearly losing his mind.
In his dreams, the girl first appears in human form, and then
becomes demonic. By the end of the chapter, he's starting
to see her as a demon by daylight. Reality or hallucination?
In either case, he's about to snap.

Nah, he merely thinks he's loosing his mind. Whether they are his own desires manifesting as dreams or the demon manifesting in his dreams, it is still happening. His faith is shaken because he does not realise his desire is a normal thing. He has clearly been taught from the beginning that sexual desire is a sin. An abnormality. This drives him to make questionable conclusions. As to the darkness, there is no reason this can't have a happy ending.

The nameless girl's demonic form is an interesting design.
She has the standard horns, but with an extra oni horn in
the middle of her forehead, plus the ears & tail of a foxgirl
(or wolfgal). She looks like some kind of demonic chimera.
