Turns out when Shuu was younger he was also, both in a sexual relationship and in love with his older cousin, Yuki-neechan. But Yuki ended their relationship and moved on leaving Shuu alone which then lead to him setting his sights on Seri and in turn Seri falling in love with her older cousin same as Shuu did. By the end it seems Shuu realizes Seri is in the same situation he once was, with Seri having true feelings for him.
From the last page it looks like has gonna try to give Seri the relationship that Yuki and him never had.

The cousin cycle continues

"Where do we go from here?" hopefully with him getting taken far as far away from the girl if possible. So he gets rejected by his older cousin and then takes advantage of his younger cousin and forces himself upon her when she was younger, that's just wrong. The notion of screwing your cousins is also already wrong.
