I'm wondering if she isn't changing the past, but rather future Yuu-kun lied to her about junk food being the cause of his...*coughs* problems, and the real cause is actually her coming back and having too much sex with him.

Also since her future self (who is different than the current her) took his virginity, thus she is never the one who takes her husband's virginity, but rather the her who always visits from the future...which corrects the timeline.
