Take their tags with a grain of salt. I honestly feel like it's automated. If you search through my comments, I would offer a relevant tag but it always falls on deaf ears so I gave up. Their osananajimi tags are missing so many titles, for something we're paying for, you'd think it'd be accurate smh...
I feel you, man. Missing or ill-fit tags can be vexing. Some of the more subjective ones are hard to pin-- Key's done one or three I see as romantic but in no way vanilla. Osananajimi is one of those is/ is not things, though. I think it's more a function of volume of work to do, and not always being able to keep up on comments. A forum post or contact flagged "spelling/ grammar" via the contact form might be spotted easier-- frankly, I'd like a tagging option. That said, the tag is gone, so they do hear us.
I will say, in direct contact with Fakku's staff, including Jacob, my politely-- or even occasionally briskly worded requests for info have been met with nothing but professionalism and a desire to 'make it right'-- whether I was correct and got something fixed or misunderstood something and was guided to the thing I was missing. New tags have been added via request on the forums, and when a tag isn't added or is dropped, Jacob or YQII or someone usually will either say why when it happens or explain when asked.
Be direct with them, and they'll try and satisfy you as a customer. Be polite, and you'll make their day easier while they do it.
Well...He certainly caught a 'big one' as he put it in that first page already.
"How could I possibly turn this down"? Simple...You don't.
Great ending though. I suppose sometimes it's better not to ask questions and wait for her to tell you. I am rather curious though...
