This artist really nails it when it comes to making rotten, unfaithful women. The woman is never passive or coerced into the affair: they are the ones who initiate, and they are the ones brazenly pushing the envelope farther (usually accompanied by some BS excuse that the reader can easily see is a farce).
I don't enjoy these type of characters, but kudos to the artists for being able to make these kind of characters so well.

to be fair there are hentai where the men do the same thing and people don't take it so bad.
Hell, same thing with harem hentai. The majority of people like a harem with a male MC but if the MC is a female then she is slut...it's all just sexual fantasies to be enjoyed. Most people don't want to be cheated on or NTR'd in real life lol it's just hot to read because it's deprave.

I dunno...I don't think there's very much sentiment that a female MC of a group theme is a slut...unless she's cheating on her significant other. Male MCs should be regarded in the same negative response when they cheat too.

To be fair though, the landlord doesn't seem like such a bad guy, the first few times were probably accidental, until she continued her routine despite him talking to her about it. After that, who can really blame him for just peeking in? And in the end, she was the one who initiated contact and seduced him, too.
I feel bad for the husband, but really, it's all on her. If she was tired of by the numbers sex, maybe talk to him about it? Well I suppose we wouldn't have gotten this release if she did.
