I'm assuming Gaku is not that dense is but on the other hand he might now believe he just had sex and is going to again with his osananajimi lol.
This is going to end up as a beautiful vanilla misunderstanding.

Besides Fubata and Nagisa being about the same height and have similar-ish hair, I can't believe her voice didn't stand out to Gaku, since it doesn't sound like his friend he's know since childhood lol.
Although I'm calling he figured it out by Fubata's scent.

It's not bad but this is as pure, soft served as vanilla can get.

EDIT: while it's probably a good thing that this artist more often than not delivers vanilla-flavored content, sometimes one can't help wondering what the parents or guardians might think of the scenarios being thought out or even enacted by the kids.
