Indecent Relationship

IMO, Himemiya (a sweet combo of "Senpai" and "Sexy Onee-san" herself) probably began cultivating feelings for Kondou-kun. Upon discovering him fapping to the uniform of (Vice-President) Sasaki (for whom Kondou-kun probably had developed feelings), a golden opportunity arose for Himemiya to *koff-koff* capture Kondou for herself, via her administering extortion and "punishment". Almost not surprisingly, she steadily raised the daily level of punishment (Me: "THIS ... IS ..... PUNISHMENT?"), until Kondou's mind was filled with thoughts of Himemiya. Thus, when he finally snapped, suffice it to say that Himemiya was all he could see. Chances are by the close of the story, Sasaki remained clueless of either Kondou's initial attraction to her, or of the incident involving her uniform. Himemiya's extortion and punishment was not particularly malicious in nature, but rather her way of winning Kondou over, and clearly by the end, and by the close, her expression said it best: "Kondou Is Mine!"

Another time, place and artist, this could have developed into something downright ugly, but this time around, it ended on a pleasant enough note.
