This is an extremely well done chapter, which makes it confusing as to why the art isn't that good. It all feels so stiff and flat. We're it's really noticable is anywhere a character is walking or moving. The last page was amazing so the guy can draw. It's just weird to see a professional illustrator have clear weaknesses in a key part of illustrating.

I really liked this release, the awkwardness of them changing their relationship from just good friends to more than friends was handled really well, I must say. Felt quite believable, and it had a really nice ending too.
Heh, perhaps the order of events being sex -> first date might be reversed, but I still think they make a cute couple.
And quite possibly, that kiss on page 24 'sealed the deal' on Chie and Akhisa deciding to engage Relationship Upgrade from 'childhood friends' to 'boyfriend and girlfriend'; more than their first intimate moments did.
